This cuisine makes use of whole grains, fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood, fresh fish, starch, poultry, lamb or goat meat. Lebanese cuisine has often served a role of peacemaker as it was in the post civil war.

Turkish cuisines got influenced by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Middle East and from Central Asia to Eastern Europe – the best cuisines in the world. The Turkish cuisine consists of vegetables, legumes, meats, spices, grains, nuts, and oils.

Most traditional foods have been taken from both kitchens and combined on the menu. Special about Arada Restaurants is not only the high quality of its food and service, its the arfully  prepared plates and tables.

Arada Beyrut Cafe its location is reflected in the the design. It shows the similiarities of Karakoys and Beiruts side street flair. Decor is choosen carefully in this restaurant and so the quality of its food. A choice of colourful prepared dishes takes every visitor on a jurney from Istanbu to Beirut and back.

Arada Endulus just on the main road by Tophane near Karakoy Port and the Galata Tower. Its design was inspired by Andalusian Architecture with colourful lamps, centred fountains and colourful tiles. A high standart of food quality and service awaiting you.

Arada Blue City, located near Uskudar ferry station, takes you to the Blue City of Morocco. Designed on 3 floors. You find an artful designed bazaar just at the entrance with souveniers, herbs and spices. Enjoy a tea/coffee on the 2nd floor nd dine on the 3rd floor with an amazing view over the Bosphorus and European side of Istanbul.
